What you will be doing

  • Establishing and developing of customer and partnership relationships together with management of the leasing portfolio;

  • Advising customers and introducing services and products;

  • Managing car and equipment leasing product;

  • Concluding and signing agreements, representing the bank in accordance with the competence given.;

  • Regular inspection and monitoring of the client portfolio and contracts, and performance of management-related activities in a timely, efficient and correct manner;

  • Establishing, developing and managing of partnerships with car and equipment dealers;

  • Creating and managing internal procedures, manuals, and tools to ensure an effective sales and contract management process.

What we expect from you

  • 1+ year experience in the financial sector / banking with leasing sales (B2B);

  • Long-term experience in using spreadsheet programs for analysis and reporting (especially MS Excel);

  • You are capable of working in a team, you are proactive, show constant initiative and motivation to reach the best results;

  • You have great communication and problem-solving skills;

  • You have a higher education in economics, finances, management or related field;

  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English at excellent level;

  • High analytical ability, business thinking.
