Establishing and developing of customer and partnership relationships together with management of the leasing portfolio;
Advising customers and introducing services and products;
Managing car and equipment leasing product;
Concluding and signing agreements, representing the bank in accordance with the competence given.;
Regular inspection and monitoring of the client portfolio and contracts, and performance of management-related activities in a timely, efficient and correct manner;
Establishing, developing and managing of partnerships with car and equipment dealers;
Creating and managing internal procedures, manuals, and tools to ensure an effective sales and contract management process.
1+ year experience in the financial sector / banking with leasing sales (B2B);
Long-term experience in using spreadsheet programs for analysis and reporting (especially MS Excel);
You are capable of working in a team, you are proactive, show constant initiative and motivation to reach the best results;
You have great communication and problem-solving skills;
You have a higher education in economics, finances, management or related field;
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English at excellent level;
High analytical ability, business thinking.
