How do you create value?

As a Quality Engineer, you help create reliable and trustworthy banking services used by hundreds of thousands of customers.

• You help create a reliable and trustworthy banking experience for hundreds of thousands of customers across multiple European markets  

• You improve software quality throughout the full development lifecycle  

• You help teams release with confidence by identifying risks early and improving quality practices  

• You design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across different layers of the product  

• You increase release confidence through scalable and reliable test automation  

• You contribute to improving test automation coverage and quality engineering practices 

• You contribute to a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility

Our expectations for you:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering  

• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing practices  

• Experience testing APIs, backend services, or modern web/mobile applications  

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing supports release quality  

• Ability to contribute to automation strategy and quality improvements across the development lifecycle 

• Understanding of agile product development and CI/CD environments  

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills  

• Clear communication and collaborative mindset  

• Experience in banking, fintech, or other highly reliable environments is considered a strong advantage
