How you will create value
You will
Create and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
Consult our corporate clients, help them solve problems and answer their questions
Analyze client information - finances, cash flows, and present possible financing solutions to credit committees
Provide insights and advice on improving bank processes and products, as well as enhancing customer experience
What we hope you'll bring
Minimum 1 year of experience working with corporate clients in a similar role at a bank or other financial institution
Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and constant initiative and motivation to achieve the best results
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong motivation to achieve goals and willingness to grow continuously
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in financial and business analysis
Higher education in economics, finance, management, or a related field
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

Fixed remuneration of 3200-3300 EUR (brutto)
