How do you create value?

You transform business needs, customer expectations, and strategic objectives into clear, valuable, and deliverable solutions. By working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers, and other specialists, you help ensure that the right problems are solved in the right way.

You analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and guide initiatives from idea to implementation. Your work helps teams make informed decisions, deliver meaningful customer value, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

You are a true expert in the team when

• You understand the business goals behind products and processes and can connect your analysis to customer and business outcomes.

• You independently identify problems, analyze data, challenge assumptions, and propose practical solutions.

• You can translate complex business needs into clear requirements and actionable work for delivery teams.

• You facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders, align differing viewpoints, and help teams move forward even in complex situations.

• You proactively identify risks, dependencies, and compliance impacts and ensure these are addressed early.

• You evaluate different solution options, explain trade-offs, and help teams make well-reasoned decisions.

• You take ownership of analysis quality and continuously improve documentation, collaboration, and delivery practices.

• You mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to raising the overall quality of business analysis within the team.

Our expectations for you:

• You have experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.

• You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• You understand how digital products, business processes, and customer journeys work together to create business value.

• You can independently gather requirements, structure information, analyze impacts, and facilitate decision-making.

• You communicate clearly, build strong stakeholder relationships, and are able to influence without formal authority.

• You are analytical, curious, and motivated to understand both business and technology perspectives.

• You have experience using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and other documentation or collaboration tools.

• You are capable of driving medium sized projects with limited supervision while maintaining a strong focus on value delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

• Experience in banking, fintech, digital services, or other regulated environments is considered an advantage.
