How you'll make an impact?
You'll
Build a high-quality mobile application used by tens of thousands of customers.
Design, develop and deliver new features - from idea to production.
Influence technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Software and Quality Engineers in a cross-functional product team.
Improve engineering practices, code quality and development processes.
Review code, share knowledge and support the growth of other engineers.
Continuously improve application performance, reliability and user experience.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD and engineering excellence.
This role is for you if you...
Have several years of experience developing native mobile applications with Flutter (cross-platform), Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
Have experience in, or a willingness to learn, back-end development to support API integrations consumed by the mobile application.
Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
Understand software architecture and modern engineering principles.
Enjoy solving complex technical challenges.
Have experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
Take ownership and proactively improve both the product and the way your team works.
Care about the whole customer experience - not just your own code.
Enjoy collaborating, giving feedback and helping other engineers grow.
Experience in banking, fintech or other highly regulated industries is a plus - but it's not required.
