As a System Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping product teams, engineers and stakeholders turn ideas into scalable, secure and customer-focused banking solutions.
Your work will influence products that thousands of customers use every day.
How do you create value?
Discover and analyse business needs together with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Design scalable system solutions and integration approaches together with Software Engineers and Architects.
Analyse existing systems, identify improvement opportunities and help shape future solution designs.
Ensure seamless integrations and data flows between applications and services.
Support solution design and delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and business teams to deliver valuable solutions.
Participate in testing, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain high-quality system documentation and process descriptions.
Help ensure that solutions meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
You are a true expert in the team when
You have at least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar technical analysis role.
You enjoy analysing complex business challenges and turning them into clear technical solutions.
You have experience gathering and analysing business and system requirements.
You enjoy translating business needs into technical solutions that engineering teams can build with confidence.
You enjoy working closely with Software Engineers and collaborating across technical and business teams.
You have a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to balance the bigger picture with attention to detail.
You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in English.
You stand out if you have
Experience in banking, fintech or other regulated industries.
Experience with BPMN or other process modelling techniques.
Experience working with Jira and Confluence in Agile development environments.
Understanding of APIs, integrations and distributed systems.
Knowledge of SQL and databases.
Experience working in Agile teams.
