How do you create value?
Analyze & Execute: Take charge of "quick-win" business requests. You’ll define the requirements, define success metrics and value of development, estimate financial or process improvement benefits, coordinate with the team, and see the change through to completion.
Requirements Documentation: Use Confluence to create clear, structured documentation and Jira to manage tasks and track the progress of your projects.
The Design Link: Work closely with our design team by using Figma to review mockups, ensure they meet business logic, and explain the functional requirements to our developers.
Strategic Support: Assist senior Business Analysts on major projects, gaining a "behind-the-scenes" look at how we build the future of digital banking.
