Join us in creating a mobile banking experience that thousands of customers rely on every day. As an Associate Business Analyst, you'll help transform customer needs, business goals, and innovative ideas into intuitive mobile experiences that create real value.

How do you create value?

• Identify customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and thoroughly document business requirements, user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, developers, testers and other stake holders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and successful delivery.

• Contribute to creating intuitive, user-friendly, and customer-centric mobile experiences with a strong focus on UX.

• Support initiatives from discovery and analysis through implementation, testing, and launch.

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, research, requirement refinement, and process optimization.

• Ensure every feature delivers measurable value for both customers and the business.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, System Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements.

• Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation that aligns stakeholders and development teams.

• Understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating simple and intuitive customer experiences.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, or customer-facing services.

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Banking, fintech, or mobile application experience is considered an advantage.
