What you will be doing

• Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients;

• Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate customers;

• Identifying financing opportunities and proposing suitable lending solutions;

• Analyzing companies' financial performance, business models, and cash flows;

• Preparing and presenting financing proposals to Credit Committees;

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and helping them find the best solutions for their business needs;

• Contributing ideas for improving products, processes, and customer experience.

What we expect from you

• At least 2 years of experience working with corporate clients in a bank or financial institution;

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and business lending;

• Experience in financial analysis and assessment of companies' financial performance;

• Ability to build trust-based relationships and communicate confidently with decision-makers;

• Proactive mindset and strong motivation to achieve results;

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills;

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration, management or a related field;

• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

What we are offering

• Fixed salary 4200 EUR (brutto). The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies;

• Quarterly performance bonus based on achieved results, with a target payout of 80% of the monthly salary;
