We are looking for a Mobile App Quality Engineer who wants to do more than just test features. In this role, you help shape how quality is built into our mobile products from the very beginning.
You won’t be handed tickets just to “test features” - you’ll be involved early in shaping how quality is built into the product.
Your work will directly impact the daily banking experience of hundreds of thousands of customers across multiple markets.

You help deliver smooth, reliable mobile banking experiences customers can trust
You work closely with engineers, analysts, and product people to build quality into the product from the start
You contribute to automated testing practices and scalable quality processes
You help identify risks early and improve release confidence
You participate actively in product development as part of a cross-functional agile team
You proactively identify risks and quality gaps before they reach production
You help build scalable automated quality practices for our mobile banking platform
You provide clear, actionable feedback that helps improve product quality
You work closely with stakeholders to support smooth and reliable releases
You challenge unclear requirements and help improve development quality early in the process
You share your knowledge with colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
You create and maintain documentation that supports reliable testing and smooth collaboration across teams
You care deeply about smooth, reliable mobile experiences across Android and iOS
You have experience with mobile application UI test automation
You enjoy solving problems together with developers, analysts, and product people
You take ownership and care about delivering high-quality outcomes
You are a creative problem solver with strong analytical thinking
You have at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in banking or financial services
You have a higher education degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Flutter-native UI automation using Patrol
modern mobile release pipelines
Firebase & observability tooling
PostgreSQL and Kibana for debugging and analysis
AI-supported testing approaches
Cross-functional collaboration with engineers, analysts, and product teams
